The full balance can only be paid when the pro delivers the work. After delivery, the client has 48 hours to accept or dispute the work.

How do I know a pro is legit?
Every pro on theCam goes through a portfolio review and ID verification before going live. You'll also see verified reviews from past bookings — only clients who've actually completed a shoot can leave one.
When does the pro get paid?
Clients pay a deposit at booking, and the pro receives the remaining balance after the work is delivered and the client has accepted it.
Can I book for a studio or outdoor shoot?
Yes — you can filter for pros who work out of their own studio, or for pros who'll travel to a location of your choice.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel in-app and get your deposit refunded anytime before the pro accepts the booking. Once the pro accepts, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
How do pros set their prices?
Pros set their own pricing in the theCam app — hourly rates, fixed packages, or both.
